Synopsis

Cho In seemed to have been born to become a doctor. His mother gave birth to him amidst brain dead condition after having succumbed to the perils of a serious motor accident. He was put into an incubator and stayed in there for 6 months. Jong Won, the chief of the hospital, adopted Cho In and thereafter he became family to Jong Won's wife, Hye Ju and their son, Hyun Woo. Both Hyun Woo and himself spent most of their childhood years in the hospital. Cho In loved his family a lot and aspired to become a doctor since young. A person of bright and amiable nature, he did not realize he's slowly being swooped into a world of scheming minds...

Jong Min and Hyun Woo's parents have always dreamed to make the hospital more transparent and more accessible to the general public. They proposed their idea to the hospital board, intending to obtain support from the Brain/Neurology Center. However, members of the board were hesitant and most of them agreed with the founder of the hospital that priority should be given to the establishing of an Emergency Department instead. What would be of the fate of the hospital?
